Day 2: Enjoy a day's sightseeing, first at the accessible Giza Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren and Mykerinus. Then move on to the accessible Egyptian Museum, well-paved site for wheelchair travelers, where you can see the magnificent collection of Tutankhamun, among many other fascinating pharaonic artifacts. After that browse at the papyrus institute and visit a perfumery. Overnight in Cairo.
Day 3: Travel to the Step Pyramid at Sakkara before visiting the carpet and rug-weaving workshop nearby. Move onto the Old Kingdom capital of Memphis. Then visit the accessible Citadel of Salah El Din and Mohamed Ali Alabaster Mosque in Islamic Cairo, well-paved sites for wheelchair travelers. Overnight in Cairo.
Day 4: Free day in Cairo. Optional tour to Alexandria, visiting Qaitbay Citadel, built in the 15th century by Sultan Qaitbay on the spot of Alexandria’s ancient lighthouse. Move around the accessible grand Montazah Palace, which combines Turkish and Florentine architectural styles, then move on to the new and much acclaimed Alexandria Library. Return to Cairo and overnight.
Day 5: After breakfast, you will be driven by an accessible modern vehicle to Cairo International Airport for final departure.
